Through our association with the North Arden PCN we at the Atherstone Surgery are pleased to be able to offer access to Sleepstation which is a new, free service for patients at suffering from sleep problems.

Sleepstation is a clinically validated sleep improvement programme that’s free to access for NHS patients in this area. Their expert sleep team provide personalised guidance and one-to-one support. Most people see positive changes in their sleep within 3-4 weeks.

Sleepstation’s team of sleep coaches, doctors and sleep experts will help you understand what’s causing your sleep problems and give you all the support you need to get better. It is a drug-free solution to overcoming insomnia. The service is clinically proven to cure long term sleep problems through an innovative digital platform delivering personalised CBTi.

Good sleep is vital for good mental, physical and emotional health. It helps us deal with stress, improves resilience and optimises our immune system.

Occasional episodes of insomnia may come and go without causing any serious problems, but for some people it can last for months or even years at a time.

Persistent insomnia can have a significant impact on your quality of life. It can limit what you’re able to do during the day, affect your mood, and lead to relationship problems with friends, family and colleagues

What Sleepstation does:

  • The aim is to help people fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, lifting people’s mood and improving their general wellbeing.
  • There is no medication or equipment – it’s simply an online course where experts give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to control your sleep.
  • Following an initial assessment of your own individual needs, a tailored plan will be created to help you overcome sleep problems for good. Most people who follow their Sleepstation programme sleep better after three or four sessions.

Who it can help:

The programme is designed specifically for people with insomnia. It uses a clinically proven form of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBTi). It also produces long-lasting effects for most people.
