Online Services

Connect to your GP services online and save time. Quick, easy and secure.

What can online services do for me?

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer or mobile device. Once you have signed up to the service, you will be able to use these resources.

Online services allow you to:

  • Renew or order repeat prescriptions online
  • View parts of your GP health record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results
  • see communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals

The service is free and available 24 hours a day, it’s especially useful when the practice is closed or telephone lines are busy. Everyone who is registered with a GP can have access to their practice’s online services. It is quick and easy to use, anywhere and at any time. It is secure and only available to patients who signed up for it and received their log-in details.
