Covid Vaccination Bookings – Please do not call the surgery to book your COVID booster.

As a surgery we have provided over 35000 Covid vaccines to our patients whilst still managing to provide a large percentage of our core services. This effort has obviously put an enormous amount of stress on our staff and as a practice we will be focusing on maintaining normal services for our patients. We therefore will NOT be doing the Covid booster vaccinations at the surgery.

Across Warwickshire, the NHS and its partners are working extremely hard to roll out the COVID-19 booster vaccination programme to our communities.

The best way to get your vaccine is by booking online via the National Booking System or by calling 119 – please do keep checking availability as appointments are loaded onto the system every day. The website and phone line are understandably very busy and we thank you for your patience when booking.

Please note that we at the surgery are unable to arrange COVID booster vaccinations.

The appointment dates you’ll be offered will start from 3 months (91 days) after your previous dose.

The NHS is prioritising bookings for boosters and is urging people to book a slot to guarantee their vital jab. Some sites offer walk-in appointments where no appointment is needed. Please check here for clinics with walk-in availability and their opening hours:

How do I get a vaccine certificate for travel?

If a vaccine certificate for travel is needed please either call 119 or download the NHS App.

Please do NOT contact the surgery seeking the vaccine certificates as we currently do not provide this service.

The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
