It’s the time of year again when the colder weather creeps in and the winter months may start to feel a bit gloomy. Finances can be tight, energy levels and motivation can drop and many of our activities and habits can start to dwindle away. With this in mind it’s time to prepare for when the cold weather hits us by making sure it does not harm us and those around us.

To help you through the winter months, Warwickshire County Council have created a wellness guide with advice on a broad range of subjects to keep you safe and well this winter season including everything from mental health to cost of living and information for carers.

On behalf of the entire Atherstone Surgery team, we wish you a very healthy and safe Winter season.
